printing your photographs to canvas is a straightforward process, but should you have any queries, the following may be of help. If not, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What sort of image can I send?

We accept photographs up to 8x10.
If your image is from a digital camera you could email it to us at info@print2canvas.net, but if necessary save it at the highest resolution you can and send to us on a cd or floppy disc. For a small additional charge, we can also get images from your slides or negatives. We can also reproduce small drawings or paintings.

How do I send my pictures?
Please put photographs in a hard backed envelope, or use a padded envelope for your discs. If your image is of particular sentimental value we recommend you use Registered Mail to send it to us.

Do I get my photograph back?
Yes, All original images are returned.

What can you print onto?
Unlike some printers we print directly onto Canvas, some printers print onto paper and then apply the paper to a canvas to give a canvas appearance. The prices quoted for the canvas prints, include the wooden frame the canvas is stretched around. Again some printers will send you a rolled canvas, which will add considerable cost when you get it stretched for hanging.

What sort of quality will I get?
All stages of the process are carried out to the highest quality. Therefore, outstanding quality is assured with every aspect of your artwork. We believe that the quality of our canvas printing is one of the best on the market.

How long does it take?
Your print will be delivered within 14 days of your order being received, however, if you need your print urgently, please contact us to arrange an earlier delivery date.

How do I pay?
Please send a check or money order with your image and completed order form, made payable to "print2canvas". For online orders we also accept most major credit cards.

Care Instructions
As with all artwork and photographs, care has to be taken when handling your print. Do not get your canvas wet. Although our inks have been rated to last over 120 years we recommend that you avoid displaying it in direct sunlight to prevent premature fading of the inks.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE PICTURE QUALITY OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT DEPENDS ON THE CONDITION AND CLARITY OF THE IMAGE YOU SUBMIT. PRINT2CANVAS CANNOT EXCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT ON PHOTOGRAPHS SUBMITTED FOR REPRODUCTION; IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN PERMISSION TO USE ANY COPYRIGHT IMAGES. DUE TO THE BESPOKE NATURE OF THE WORK, REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE. IF YOUR CANVAS IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY ON ARRIVAL, OR YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
